What it is

Structured challenge. Honest feedback. No padding.

You have people. You have most of the process. What you need is someone who's been here before: someone to pressure-test the plan, catch the mistakes before they cost you a quarter, and tell you honestly when the thinking doesn't hold up.

Advisory means structured support without embedding: regular sessions, async availability, honest feedback. It's not a substitute for doing the work, and I won't pretend it is. If you need someone embedded, I'll say so.

Flexible cadence. Can run alongside a Project or as a standalone engagement.

Even at the Advisory level, there's usually some RevOps ground to cover. An audit of how the CRM is set up, a look at what the reporting can and can't tell you, a review of where marketing and sales are misaligned. I won't rebuild everything at Advisory pace, but I'll tell you what's broken and what fixing it would actually involve.
