About The Project

For this project, we worked closely with Connor Roach, a Director at Lockinex, who recognised the need for enhanced lead generation strategies, encompassing both attracting new business and re-engaging with past clients.

Throughout our consultation, during the Discovery & Sales Audit phases, we delved deep into their sales process, strategy, and operations, uncovering underlying issues that were hindering their revenue potential.

It was crucial to address these challenges in order to unlock their full earning capacity.

Furthermore, we identified some minor areas where the current sales team was underperforming, but we were able to address these issues through comprehensive sales coaching.

As a result of our successful overhaul of Lockinex Sales Function, Connor expressed his desire to maintain a long-term consultative partnership with UNFYS.

Biggest Challenge
Customer data while securely stored, was in an outdated format. Creating some difficulty in transferring over 8000 customer record into a modern, fully loaded CRM (HubSpot).

Solution
We manually cleaned and updated all of their customer data, following all regulations and transferred it into HubSpot. Lastly the data was enriched using Apollo.io in preparation for Business Development.

Results
Lockinex is currently experiencing great success in re-engaging with its former clients and generating new leads. With their current trajectory, Lockinex is poised to double its market share within the next two years.
