I began my journey in sales through an unconventional path, starting with my passion for martial arts and coaching during my early teenage years. As a coach, I quickly realized that selling my services was an essential part of the job, which led me to learn the art of sales from scratch. This also involved gaining knowledge in basic marketing and web design to increase local awareness of my product.

During this time, I also embarked on my first retail sales job at Three, a prominent multinational mobile telecommunications company. It was here that I had the privilege of learning from incredible mentors and gradually working my way up from a representative role to managing multiple branches.

However, I soon realized that the B2C realm was not where my true aspirations lied. This realization prompted my transition into the world of B2B sales, where I dedicated myself to making hundreds of cold calls and sending thousands of emails each week. Working alongside exceptional mentors, I sharpened my soft skills and honed my craft.

In my subsequent role, I had the opportunity to serve as the founding key account manager for an IT Managed Service Provider. It was here that I played a crucial role in developing and implementing their written sales process, setting the stage for their growth and success.

I was then headhunted for a position at a rapidly growing startup that had been relying solely on founder-led sales. As the acting Head of Sales, I revitalized their Sales & Marketing strategy, positioning them to propel their business forward to new heights.

It was during this transformative experience that I discovered my passion for helping businesses enhance their sales strategies. Inspired by this revelation, I founded UNFYS Consulting with a singular purpose: to eliminate guesswork for founders and struggling sales leaders, empowering them to unleash the full potential of their revenue growth.
